How do I change my store name?
Contact support to update store details. Settings page changes are disabled on the Starter plan.
Can I undo an approved order?
Yes, click "Undo" next to the approval status before the order ships.
What does "Hold for Review" do?
It pauses the order from entering the shipping queue so you can follow up on missing info or special requests.
