By accessing and using the Wren & Thistle merchant platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Order Processing
Merchants are responsible for reviewing and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Wren & Thistle provides tools for order management but does not guarantee the accuracy of customer-provided information including shipping addresses, notes, or payment details.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wren & Thistle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
